This notice explains how ⁨Manara Digital⁩ uses the personal data you share when you apply for a job through this careers site.

Who is responsible

⁨Manara Digital⁩ is the controller of your personal data: it decides why and how your application is processed.

This careers site runs on Mizaan, a recruiting platform that processes your data on behalf of ⁨Manara Digital⁩ as its processor, only on its instructions.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your CV and any other files you upload.
  • Your answers to the application questions.
  • Messages and interview arrangements about your application, and the notes and evaluations of the hiring team.
  • The time and IP address of your consent, and essential cookies needed to run the site.

Why we use it

⁨Manara Digital⁩ uses your data to assess your application, contact you about it and arrange interviews. The legal basis is your consent, given when you apply, and the steps needed before a possible employment contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Use of AI

Your CV is analysed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to extract your skills and experience and to suggest how well they match the role. Your email address, phone number and links are removed before the text is sent. The AI is instructed not to infer protected characteristics such as gender, age, nationality or religion.

The AI only assists: it never rejects or advances an application. Every decision about your application is made by a person at ⁨Manara Digital⁩.

Who processes your data

Mizaan runs the careers site with these service providers (processors). Each one receives only the data it needs for its task:

  • Mizaan — recruiting platform (processor) · hosted in the EU (France)
  • OVHcloud — hosting and file storage · EU (France)
  • Cloudflare — network security and content delivery · global network
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of CVs, with contact details removed · United States
  • Postmark (ActiveCampaign) — delivery of emails about your application · United States
  • Paddle — subscription billing for employers (no candidate data) · United Kingdom

Some of these providers process data outside your country (in the EU and the United States) under their data processing terms, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

⁨Manara Digital⁩ keeps your application data for as long as it needs it for recruiting, and deletes it when you ask.

Your rights

Under the Saudi and UAE personal data protection laws (PDPL) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can:

  • ask for a copy of your data;
  • ask for it to be corrected;
  • ask for it to be deleted;
  • withdraw your consent or object to the processing;
  • complain to your data protection authority.
